URGENT - ON-LINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

IT APPEARS THAT WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR ON-LINE PRESCRIPTION SERVICE, WE HAVE HAD A FEW PATIENTS WHO HAVE SENT REQUESTS AND THESE HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED, IF YOU ORDER YOU PRESCRIPTION ON-LINE, COULD YOU PLEASE CHECK WITH RECEPTION STAFF THAT THIS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, WE ARE LOOKING INTO THIS PROBLEM.

The practice have a patient participation group who meet on a 3-4 monthly basis, we discuss ideas and improvements for the practice. If you have any ideas or suggestions or would be interested in joining the group please contact the practice manager Linda Doust.
