Surgery Hours

Although we are established in a Health Centre with four other practices, the opening and closing hours may differ to our actual practice hours. The Grange practice is open on the following days and times.

If you would like to speak to the doctor on the telephone rather than come to the practice, please ask for a telephone consultation with Dr Saira Zaman, the patient will be given a time to speak to the doctor by the reception staff.

Appointments

The doctor/nurse/HCA will see you by appointment, which can be made by calling during the practice hours, or you can telephone 01942 481 423 between the hours of 8:30am and 6:30pm surgery opening times.

Urgent Appointments

If you need an URGENT appointment, please telephone the practice on 01942 481 423 before 10:30 if possible, this will assist the staff and the doctor. The receptionist will ask you some details regarding your illness, so the degree of urgency can be assessed, and an appropriate appointment can be made. We will try to arrange this to suit both patient and doctor.

Home Visits

When you call, the receptionist will ask you for some details regarding your illness, in order to give preference to urgent cases. If you require a home visit, please contact the practice before 10:30am the same day.
