The Grange practice is one of four GP practices located in the Worsley Mesnes Health Centre, Chandler House, which is on Poolstock Lane, in Wigan.
Our patients come from a large area covering the Worsley Mesnes, Bryn, Orrell, Winstanley, Norley, Newtown, Beech Hill, Swinley and Whelley areas within Wigan, which is a large town in Greater Manchester, England.
